  • Winners agree that prizes, papers, posters, presentations and respective advisors will be made public and used in future promotion by ANT, including but not limited to names and affiliation, images and content.
  • Applicants do not need to provide a "No-Objection Certificate" from co-authors. However, in the event of any dispute, the responsibility will be on the applicant, and ANT will not be responsible for any such dispute arising out of counter claims.
  • Before the announcement of the winner, ANT may verify the authenticity of the information contained in the documents.
  • If the winner gives up his/her prize, even for reasons beyond his/her will, he/she are not entitled to any kind of indemnification or reimbursement for the prize that was not used, to transfer it to third parties, or to postpone it.
 
  • The paper copies and documents sent to ANT by the candidates will not be returned.
  • Only applications that are complete in all respects will be considered.
  • All candidates will be informed about the outcome of their applications.
  • Decision of ANT will be final. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Enschede Chamber of Commerce, Enschede NL. This argeement shall be goverened by and contrued in accordance with the substantive laws of The Netherlands, without reference to its rules of conflict of laws.
