New Release: ASA 4.8 is Out! ASA 4.8 has it all. It enables you to analyze EEG / ERP and MEG data in an interactive and practical way. With ASA 4.8 you are able to visualize your results and co-register multimodal images (MRI, fMRI, CT). Since the software is developed for and by people dedicated to brain research, we ware triggered by even most complex analysis demands; enabling us to develop and integrate features addressing specific research needs. Some of the new features in ASA 4.8: * Improved artefact detection; besides the threshold detection method also standard deviation and gradient based methods are available. Functions are available for both EEG and MEG. * Calculating coherence between a single channel (e.g. EMG) and all other channels (e.g. EEG) with the single channel coherence feature, and displaying the result in a 3D map. * Display filters are now FFT based (previously infinite impulse response) and therefore phase of the data will not be shifted by applying the display filters. more | ![]() |
Researchers at Duke among the first to explore robotic TMS applications Durham, NC - Duke's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences has taken a significant step forward in a highly-promising area of Brain research by being one of the few Institutions in the World to employ a coil positioning robot for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) at their Brain Stimulation Center.more |
Expected Release: Visor 2 While the main look and feel of Visor has not changed radically, Visor 2 will feature much more than its predecessor. The biggest news is the integration with up to 6-channel EMG recording and the color coding of the stimulation sites based on the automatically calculated peak to peak amplitude of the evoked TMS response.more |
New Visor accessory: Air Film Calibration Board Straightforward and time-efficient coil positioning is now possible with the calibration board specially developed for the Magstim Air Film Coil Before performing a neuronavigation session the position of the coil tracker on the coil has to be calibrated, enabling you to precisely track the position of your coil. Air Film Calibration Board is the newest neuronavigation tool for the Visor system, developed by ANT. It allows you to place the Magstim Air Film coil fast and easy. more | ![]() |
WaveGuard EEG Cap Solution Update The first WaveGuard caps were made almost six years ago. During this period, we went through several iterations of improvement for better wearing comfort and ease of application, and long life time of the material. In this article we would like to focus on the recent improvements that have made the use even easier. more |
Projects: MINDWALKER ANT and its sister company eemagine GmbH, Berlin, joined forces with various partners to develop a system that will empower the wearer with walking ability and allow him/her to perform their usual daily activities in the most autonomous and natural manner. more | ![]() |
