Neuromeeting 2006 This years Neuromeeting has been an even bigger success than in previous years. More than one hundred neuroscientists participated in a four day workshop to share ideas, attend lectures and debate on various topics related to epilepsy, psychiatry and monitoring. This was of course complemented by exquisite Burgundy diners and wine tasting excursions. ANT would like to thank all participants and guest speakers for this successful Neuromeeting 2006! Please feel free to visit our website (http://www.ant-neuro.com) to look back on some pictures that have been taken during the meeting.

Release of ASA 4 ANT is proud to announce the release of ASA 4. The new ASA 4 includes a number of new and exciting functions, for example, the transformation of individual geometries to Talairach-spaced coordinates, which allows running statistical analysis of results (e.g. cortical imaging, cortical ERD/ERS and LORETA) over groups of subjects. With this release we also add a completely updated Wavelet module for time-frequency analysis. ASA 4 can be downloaded from our website for those of you that wish to try it. http://www.ant-neuro.com/products/asa

ASA-Lab 256-ch WaveGuard cap recording At the beginning of January, we performed our first 256 channel recording in the presence of Prof. Andrew Chen (Capital University, Beijing). During this session the first test measurements were performed using our newly developed high-density cap. The cap uses active noise cancellation in all 256 channels, which is possible by using the innovative pico-wire shielded cables. Together with the other innovations in the design of the WaveGuard caps, the cap is comfortable to wear, and easy to handle (application time 30 minutes for all 256 channels!). Moreover, it provides superior signal quality: get an impression at http://www.ant-neuro.com/products/asa-lab/cases/1
